Most safety apps hand you a login and leave you to fill it. Our Safety & Compliance team can write your COR or ISO 45001 program, load it into the app, and train your supervisors, so you get the program and the tool that runs it from one partner.
Common questions
How is the pricing different from per-user safety apps?+
Many safety platforms charge for every person who uses the app. We charge one flat monthly price per company based on crew size, and field workers sign in at the kiosk without a paid login, so adding a new hire does not add to your bill.
Can we switch from SiteDocs, another app or paper?+
Yes. During onboarding we load your existing forms, safety manual and training records, so your crews start on day one with what they already know. Onboarding is $1,500 and is waived on annual plans.
Does it work without a signal?+
The app installs on phones and tablets and keeps working through short drops. Safety observations can be filed with no signal and sync when the phone reconnects. Toolbox talks, JSAs and other forms need a connection to submit, so a site tablet on Wi-Fi or a hotspot works best.
Will it help with COR?+
The app keeps the records COR auditors look for: toolbox talks, hazard assessments, inspections, incidents, corrective actions and training. Our Safety & Compliance team can also build the COR program itself and load it into the app.
Who owns our data?+
You do. Ask for an export of your records at any time, and if you leave we hand over a full copy of your data.
