Safety & Compliance

Safety programs that win work.

A safety program should do more than sit in a binder. We build practical health and safety systems that pass COR, ISNetworld, Avetta and ISO 45001 audits, keep your crews safe, and qualify you for the contracts you actually want.

Compliance is how you get on the bid list — or get cut from it.

More general contractors and owners now require COR certification or a passing ISNetworld and Avetta grade before you can even quote. A weak or copy-pasted program costs you work, fails audits, and leaves real risk on the table. Everest gives you a program that is genuinely yours: written for your scope, your equipment, and your crews, and ready to defend in front of any auditor.

Who it's for

Built for contractors who are growing

  • Mechanical, electrical and trade contractors
  • Excavation, shoring and civil firms
  • Industrial and plant service providers
  • Companies chasing their first COR certification
  • Firms stuck on a poor ISNetworld or Avetta grade
  • Owners who want safety off their plate
Real result: After partnering with Everest, MN Mechanical Ltd. tightened its safety program, started qualifying for larger contracts, and grew roughly 80%. That is what compliance looks like when it is built to win work instead of just check a box.
FAQ

Common questions

How do I get COR certified in Ontario?+

COR certification means building a health and safety management system that meets your certifying partner's standard, then passing an external audit. We assess your current program, close the gaps, write the policies and procedures, and prepare your team so you pass the audit the first time.

What is ISNetworld and do I need it?+

ISNetworld and Avetta are contractor prequalification platforms that many general contractors and owners require before you can bid. If a client has asked for your grade or RAVS, you need it. We handle setup, documentation, and ongoing management so your grade stays where your clients expect.

How much does a safety consultant cost?+

Far less than a full-time safety manager. We work on fixed-scope projects or a monthly retainer as your fractional safety manager, so you get senior expertise without a full-time salary. After a free consult you get a clear scope and price up front.

Do you serve my area?+

We are based in Ontario and work on site across Canada. COR, ISNetworld and Avetta are North American programs, but ISO 45001 is an international standard — so we build those, along with AI and software, for clients anywhere, remotely.
