What do you need from us to start?+
Whatever you received for the bid: PDF drawing sets, CAD files or BIM models, specs and addenda. We work from the same tender package you have and flag anything missing or unclear before we price.
Do you use our rates or yours?+
Yours, whenever you have them. We build the estimate around your labour rates, productivity, equipment and markup, so the number is yours to stand behind. If you do not have set rates yet, we help you build them.
Can you do just the takeoff, or the whole bid?+
Either. Some clients send us takeoffs only, some want a complete estimate and proposal, and some use us as their preconstruction team on every bid. You choose the scope job by job.
Can you make renderings or a 3D model from 2D drawings?+
Yes. We model from standard 2D drawing sets, then use the model for quantities, coordination checks, and renderings for your proposal or presentation.
Do you build schedules in Primavera P6?+
Yes. We build and maintain CPM schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 and deliver native XER files your owner or GC can import, plus PDF Gantt charts for anyone on your team without P6.
What estimate class do we need?+
It depends on where the project is. Early budgets and feasibility studies need a fast conceptual number; a bid or a funding decision needs a detailed, definitive one. We tell you which class fits, and label every estimate so nobody mistakes a budget for a bid.
Do you estimate plant turnarounds and shutdowns?+
Yes. We build turnaround estimates from the work list, load the manpower, and lay out the execution plan, then track hours and cost against that baseline once the shutdown starts.
What does it cost?+
It depends on the size and complexity of the drawing set, so we do not guess. Send us the tender package and we come back with a fixed price and turnaround before any work starts.
